Return & Refund Policy
Thoughtful purchases. Straightforward returns.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags and original packaging, and free from customer-caused damage.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending your item. Our return address is Yondercraft, 1 Rue Du Parc, 35770 Vern-Sur-Seiche, France.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping when the issue results from our error, an incorrect item, damage or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our address in France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Opening the original packaging to inspect an item does not, by itself, disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrect item from assistance.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance with your refund.
